Valley Wesley partners with NEWCHAPTER

I wanted to take a moment and share some exciting news.
Last week a partnership between NEWCHATPER and Valley Wesley United Methodist Campus Ministry was officially approved by the congregation of the First United Methodist Church of Tempe. We are now doing some of the initial work to determine the best alternatives for developing a Student Living Center for Valley Wesley.

I represent a market research firm (located in Houston) that performs feasibility studies for real estate developments. We have a speciality in assessing markets for student housing facilities. Our work, on over 70 campuses, has typically involved some type of market planning study to assist our clients in determing the type of units, monthly rental rates and features/amenities that will be most attractive to students.
