Nat Rassi, MBA – President
Nat has managed commercial, institutional, medical, hospitality, and multi-family housing construction projects with a cumulative value over $100 million. He has been the driving force in creating a sustainable venture developing income-producing properties for Student Organizations. Nat earned his Bachelors Degree from Eastern Illinois University and a MBA from Taylor University.
Ian Clark – Director of Business Development
Ian has nearly a decade of sales experience with both national and international corporations. He is a consistent top-performer and a natural at networking. Ian is responsible for creating the recent “buzz” for NEWCHAPTER, primarily through social networking media, resulting in NEWCHAPTER’s current sales pipeline surge from $6 million to $150 million. Ian earned his BA in Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Steve Pickett – Director of Design
Steve brings over twenty five years of experience in architectural business development and project management for clients in government, retail, recreation, multi-family housing, senior housing, college housing, LEED, office, and industrial construction. Steve earned a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies, Master of Architecture, and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Illinois.
Adam Culp – Field Superintendent
Adam brings his knowledge of building trades, with a wide range of experience, from Iron-worker to flooring installer. Additionally, his experience working in his family’s business has helped him in his personal development to a level in which leadership and customer service are second nature.
