Partnership

NEWCHAPTER is both deliberate and diligent in developing and sustaining relationships with our student organization partners.  This Partnership goes farther and deeper than just constructing a building.  It is to develop Student Living Centers™ as a tool for the student organization to most effectively impact the lives of students on their campus. This is a strategic imperative when one considers the sustainability of our company is often dependent on the strength of volunteer-led student organizations.

Here are some reasons a Partnership makes sense:

• Marketing – Students are drawn to organizations as much or more than they are drawn to the facilities they occupy.  Well-run organizations will always have an edge in attracting students to live in their facilities.
• Common objectives – Student organizations are driven to expand their membership and to keep their facilities full.  The outcome of this determination leads to a return on investment for our business and sustainable revenue source for the student organizations.
• Operations – By partnering with the student organization, we create a mutually beneficial operating structure.  Unlike market-rent leasing structures, student organizations have a vested interest in ensuring the facility is attractive and well maintained.
• Continuity – We have a common goal with student organization partners to help them be successful and active for many years to come.  Their success is our success.
