Built upon students’ desire for intentional community, NEWCHAPTER finances, constructs, and maintains Student Living Centers, in partnership with student organizations, as a resource to expand and strengthen their organizations.

Together we design a facility, within agreed upon general parameters, to meet the needs of your student organization, and provide environments where intentional college community is fostered.

With little to no upfront cost to the student organization, NEWCHAPTER will perform the necessary due diligence to determine if the Student Living Center design will be financially feasible.

Once approved, NEWCHAPTER will work together with your student organization to finalize plans for the Student Living Center in such a way, it will not only foster intentional community and your overall success, but also provide an increasing source of revenue for your organization.

Once completed, NEWCHAPTER takes care of the ongoing property management of your Student Living Center, so you can take care of your students and your overall mission.
